Incorrect Order

Our policy states that it is the customers responsibility to ensure their order is correct. Our policy states that if an incorrect order is submitted at checkout and the item(s) have begun processing or shipped, Printed Peach, affiliates of Printed Peach or any third-party entities associated are not responsible for the shipment and it is the responsibility of the customer to return the incorrect item(s).

Printed Peach, affiliates of Printed Peach or any third-party entities associated are not responsible for incorrect orders provided by the customer. Printed Peach, affiliates of Printed Peach or any third-party entities associated are not obligated to correct, cancel or refund orders in the event an incorrect order is placed at checkout. If your order has shipped, it is not required of the business, Printed Peach, affiliates of Printed Peach or any third-party entities associated, to resend the order.

Adjustments to orders are not guaranteed by Printed Peach, affiliates of Printed Peach or any third-party entities associated. Orders are immediately processed once received.

If you have any questions regarding misinformation on your order or an incorrectly provided order, email us immediately at shopprintedpeach@gmail.com. Immediate communication from Printed Peach, affiliates of Printed Peach or any third-party entities associated, to the customer in response to customer contacts in regards to misinformation or incorrectly placed order on an order placed cannot be guaranteed. Responses are provided within 2-3 business days.
