Returns FAQ

What items are eligible and NOT eligible for returns?

Our policy states items not eligible for refund are left to our discretion and our right to accept or refuse a return. The following reasons are standard and non-negotiable...

  1. Items are in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, unaltered and free of smoke, perfumes, soaps and other applicable scents. Items not in their original condition will not be accepted.
  2. Final sale or Clearance items (indicated with invoices) cannot be returned.
  3. Items which are Damaged or Defective may be returned. Email us at: shopprintedpeach@gmail.com to set up a return.

Keep in mind the return window of 14 days from date of delivery. If you have not sent your damaged item back within the return window, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

How do I return items by mail?

Simply email us at shopprintepeach@gmail.com to discuss a return. Send any photos of any damages in your email if you are claiming damages. Send any photos of your product you did receive if you are claiming an incorrect item was mailed to you.

Customers are responsible for return shipping on all items they wish to return.

How do I exchange items by mail?

Currently, our website does not support an exchange option. If you would like to exchange your item(s), simply return your current item(s) and repurchase the item(s) you desire.

How am I refunded?

Refunds are issued to the original tender used for purchase.

Refunds are only issued on approved returns and within our 14 days from delivery date policy.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of delivery back to our warehouse as indicated by tracking provided with your return label. If a refund has not been issued on an expected return and no indication of a Return Refusal has been given, please email us at shopprintedpeach@gmail.com for further information.

Refunds include the taxes originally paid on the item(s) being returned.

Refunds issued to a credit/debit card may take an additional 10-30 business days to post to any bank statements dependent on the credit/debit card company policies. Please contact your banking institution for further information.

Why was my return refused?

Our policy states that we, Printed Peach, affiliates of Printed Peach or any third-party entities associated, reserve the right to refuse any and all item(s) returned to us for any reason at any time. Printed Peach, affiliates of Printed Peach or any third-party entities associated are not responsible for any shipping discrepancies, package losses or misplacement in the event of an item refusal mail resend and it is the customers loss. Printed Peach, affiliates of Printed Peach or any third-party entities associated are not responsible for incorrect information provided by the customer in the event of a return refusal. Printed Peach, affiliates of Printed Peach or any third-party entities associated are not obligated to correct, cancel or refund orders in the event of a refused return. If your order has shipped back to you, the customer, it is not required of the business, Printed Peach, affiliates of Printed Peach or any third-party entities associated, to resend the order if the return refusal package is lost, stolen, misplaced and so on.

Reasons an item may be refused for return include but are not limited too...

  1. Does not meet the specified return qualifications (see items eligible for returns as listed in this article).
  2. Customer has made repeated purchase and returns of excessive amount in a/any given time period deemed excessive by we, Printed Peach, affiliates of Printed Peach or any third-party entities associated.
  3. Item(s) are not returned in the fashion they were received in.
